ClearDrop.in offers RO water purifiers, installation, maintenance, and annual service contracts (AMC).

Actual color or design of products may slightly differ due to screen variations or manufacturing updates.
The 2-year free AMC includes routine servicing (3 visits per year) and part replacement under warranty conditions.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices mentioned on ClearDrop.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change pricing, offers, or discounts without prior notice.
Any payments (if enabled later) must be made through secure payment gateways or as per instructions shared by our authorized team.

Orders are confirmed only after customer verification via call or WhatsApp.
Free installation is included for all confirmed orders within the serviceable area (Delhi-NCR).
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, availability, and logistics conditions.
5. Warranty & AMC
Every RO unit sold by ClearDrop.in includes 2 years of free AMC service.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects and system performance under normal usage.
Damage due to misuse, external water pressure, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.
6. Cancellation & Refund
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation.
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7 business days after verification.
AMC or service-related payments are non-refundable once service has started.
7. Limitation of Liability
ClearDrop.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of product misuse or delayed service.
All product usage must comply with manufacturer guidelines for safe performance.
8. Intellectual Property
All logos, brand names, images, and website content are the property of ClearDrop.in.

1. Order Cancellations

After 24 hours or once installation is scheduled, cancellations may not be accepted.
2. Returns & Replacements
We accept product returns or replacements under the following conditions:
✅ You received a damaged or defective product.
✅ The product delivered is different from what was ordered.
✅ Installation could not be completed due to technical or compatibility issues verified by our technician.
In such cases:
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Our team will schedule a technician visit or arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
3. Refunds
Refunds are processed only when:
A replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability.
Service issues are verified and approved by our support team.
All refunds (if approved) will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days after inspection and approval.
4. Non-Refundable Situations

All ClearDrop RO units come with Free Installation and 2-Year Free AMC.
If installation or service is delayed, customers can contact our support team for rescheduling — not for refund.
